What happens after I pay?

After payment, you'll receive a project brief to fill out. Within 24 hours we schedule a 20-minute kickoff call. Your first design draft arrives within 48 hours of that call.

How long until my website is live?

Most projects go live within 1–2 business days after design approval. If you selected same-day rush delivery, we ship within 24 hours of approval.

Do I own the website and domain?

Yes — 100%. You own the code, design files, domain, and all content. We hand everything over at launch so you control your asset.

What if I don't like the design?

Each package includes revision rounds. Basic has 1, Gold has 2, and Premium has 3. We'll keep refining until you're happy.

Can I edit the website myself after launch?

Yes. We build on modern platforms that let you edit text, images, and pages without touching code. We also provide a short handoff tutorial.

What are the ongoing costs?

The website is a one-time fee. You'll need hosting (~$10/mo) and a domain (~$12–$15/yr). Our optional $49/mo Care Plan covers updates and small changes.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you're unsure, book a free call first — we'll make sure it's a fit.

Can you add features after the site is live?

Absolutely. Small tweaks are covered under the Care Plan. Larger features or redesigns are quoted separately.
