Understand how your project moves from payment to launch — and how to track every step.

The process

What happens after you pay.

01

Project brief

After payment, you receive a short project brief. Fill it out so we understand your goals, audience, and design preferences.

02

Kickoff call

We schedule a 20-minute call within 24 hours to align on scope, timeline, and creative direction.

03

Design draft

Your first custom design draft arrives within 48 hours of the kickoff call. This is your chance to review and request changes.

04

Your approval

You approve the design or request revisions. Each package includes 1–3 revision rounds so we get it right.

05

Build & test

Once approved, we code the site, integrate forms and analytics, and test across devices. Standard delivery is 1–2 business days.

06

Launch & handoff

We deploy your site, connect your domain, and hand over admin access. You own everything — code, design, and content.

Approvals

How approvals work.

How do I review the design draft?

We send a private preview link. You can view the draft on any device and reply with feedback or approval via email.

How many changes can I request?

Basic includes 1 revision round, Gold includes 2, and Premium includes 3. Each round covers layout, colors, and content changes.

What if I miss the approval window?

No problem — drafts do not expire. We hold your slot for up to 14 days. After that, we may need to reschedule depending on our queue.

Can I change my mind after approving?

Minor tweaks after approval are usually fine. Major changes after build starts may require a small additional fee.
